The Perkins V Rural Innovation grant provides an opportunity for SRCSD to develop more fully the academic and career and technical skills for students who elect to enroll in career and technical education programs in rural areas.  Perkins V Rural Innovation funds will be used for the improvement of equipment and enhancement of technology for the Building Construction Technology, Agritechnology and Commercial Art Technology Programs at Jay High School.  These federal resources will help ensure that Jay High’s CTE Programs are academically rigorous and up-to-date with the needs of regional business and industry.
