| | | | | | | | | Title of Item: | Authorization for Superintendent to Enter into Settlement Agreements | | Description/Introduction: | The School Board is currently a defendant in three lawsuits filed in the Circuit Court in and for Santa Rosa County, Florida, First Judicial Circuit, Civil Division. The Superintendent has negotiated proposed settlement agreements for review and consideration by the School Board. These agreements are not effective unless approved by the School Board.
