Title of Item:Conduct a Public Hearing to Approve the Purchase of 1.63 Acres
Description/Introduction:Conduct a public hearing on purchase of real property located in the Midway Community, north of Highway 98, south of Government Drive, east of Justice Circle and west of America Ave.  Adopt Resolution approving and ratifying execution of ownership, development, and maintenance of educational facilities, auxiliary facilities, and related institutional uses on the land; and authorizing closing transaction upon satisfaction of conditions.
Recommendation/Action Requested:Approval to adopt proposed Resolution as presented.
