Title of Item:Architectural Selection - New Southend High School
Description/Introduction:

Four firms responded to our legal advertisement soliciting proposals for Architectural/Design Services for the new Southend High School.  This project is over $4,000,000 and the Continuing Contract can not be utilized.

A review committee comprised of Danny Brothers, Brian Noack, Travis Fulton, Richard Laing, Wei Ueberschaer (non-voting member) and I reviewed the qualifications of the proposers and placed them in rank order. (See attached Tally Sheet)
