Conduct Public Meeting on Purchase of Real Property on Highway 98, Midway area, south of Government Drive, east of Justice Circle, and west of America Avenue.

Adopt Resolution approving and authorizing execution of Agreement for sale and purchase; providing for acquisition, ownership, development and maintenance of educational facilities, auxiliary facilities, and related institutional uses on the Land; and authorizing closing transaction upon satisfaction of conditions
