Description/Introduction:Conduct a Public Hearing and consider granting approval for Agreement for Sale and Purchase to acquire property located at the Flea Market location in Midway approximately 35 acres, subject to a final approval after a public meeting held following 30 days' public notice.  Consider authorizing a public meeting to be held September 21, 2021 to consider final approval.  Consider ratifying publication of notice of September 21, 2021 public meeting.
Recommendation/Action Requested:

1. Authorize a public meeting on September 21, 2021 to consider final approval of the Agreement

2. Ratify publication of notice of the public meeting
