The purpose of Title III, Supplementary Instructional Support for English Language Learners grant is to improve the educational achievement of ELLs by increasing their English language proficiency and ability to meet the same challenging State academic content and student academic standards as all children are expected to meet. Funds from this grant will provide supplemental professional development for teachers and administrators, supplemental resources for language acquisition for students, and Family Nights to connect families with community resources.
