One-to-one mentoring services will be provided to the youth and delivered at school locations. Some anticipated outcomes will be 85% of mentored students will maintain or improve academic grades, 85% of mentored students will maintain or improve school attendance, 80% of students will show improvement on behavior evaluation, and 80% of mentored students will be promoted to the next grade level. | | Recommendation/Action Requested: | |
