These policies and procedures apply to all employees.
- Mentions of "Data Processing" were replaced with Information Technology Services or ITS.
- Wording was changed on page 8 (under heading Requests for Purchase on page 7) to reflect new ITS policies. Items g and h were modified (page 8).
- The Educator Data Entry Requirements Email was removed as FERPA is now addressed by the required courses at the beginning of each year (page 9).
