The Division of Career and Adult Education (DCAE) is required by Section 1013.31, Florida Statutes, to document the need for additional career and adult education programs and the continuation of existing programs that require educational plant survey recommendations. The DVE 768 Form is completed every five years for reporting current and projected program/facility needs for the five year and supplementary educational plant survey as required by the FLDOE.
