| | | | | | | | | Title of Item: | Amendment: Cooperative Agreement Between the School Board of Santa Rosa County, FL and the School Board of Escambia County, FL Title I Private Schools | | Description/Introduction: | The purpose of this Amendment is to add language to the original Agreement, approved by the School Board on September 19, 2017, that allows Escambia County and Santa Rosa County to mutually provide Title I services on eligible private school students without charge unless the number of students served exceeds twenty-five (25) students. This Amendment has been developed with input from the Title I Director in Santa Rosa County and provides mutual benefit for both counties. The number of Title I private school students that cross county lines to be served is minimal and does not warrant the formal reimbursement process outlined in the original Agreement. | | Recommendation/Action Requested: | |
