This Amendment 1 applies to the Contract for Services Agreement and any subsequent amendments entered into by the Santa Rosa County School District and The University of West Florida originally dated 06/24/2019 for the Period(s) of Performance and the amount(s) shown above. The purpose of this Amendment 1 is to:
1. Amend the Contract Period of Performance to 07/01/2019 – 11/01/2020 at no additional cost to Sponsor
2. Delete the Scope of Work and Compensation in Attachment 1 and replace it with the following:
