Conduct Public Meeting on Purchase of Land on south side of Santa Rosa Drive near intersection with College Parkway.  Adopt Resolution approving and authorizing execution of Purchase and Sale Agreement providing for acquisition, ownership, development, and maintenance of educational facilities, auxiliary facilities, and relate institutional uses on the Land, and authorizing closing transaction upon satisfaction of conditions.
