Title of Item:Modular Classrooms - New Lease
Description/Introduction:

I am requesting Board approval to move forward with leasing a total of  18 portables (3 at Berryhill Elem, 3 at Dixon Intermediate, 4 at Gulf Breeze High, 3 at Milton High, 2 at Navarre High and 3 at Sims Middle) due to continued growth.  Quote and Lease Agreements attached

This will increase the Lease Portable Budget line by $20,355 per month or $252,225 per year.

 

The ramps will be purchased directly by the vendor (G & A Manufacturing) for $70,612.25 and will save 1/2 the price rather than leasing.  This is piggy backing off of Clay County School Board Bid 17-F-226. Quote and Bid attached.
