Description/Introduction:

Four firms responded to our legal advertisement soliciting proposals for Architectural Professional Design Services for Continuing Contract. (See attached ad)

A review committee evaluated the qualifications of each proposer and placed them in rank order. (See attached Tally Sheet)

The Committee recommends the School Board accept the top three (3) firms, DAG Architects, Caldwell Associates/Architects and Sam Marshall Architects.
