| | | | | | | | | Title of Item: | PACT License Agreement 2019-2020 | | Description/Introduction: | Renewal of the Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT Program) offered by the Home Builder's Institute (HBI) which is designed to train students in various crafts in the construction industry. HBI provides materials to train students to qualify for the PACT certificate, an industry certification accepted by the U.S. Dept of Labor and the FLDOE as a CAPE Industry Certification. This curriculum is used at Jay and Navarre High Schools in their respective Building Construction academies.
