The Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT Program) offered by the Home Builder's Institute (HBI) is designed to train students in various crafts in the construction industry.  HBI provides the materials to assist in training students to qualify for the PACT certificate, an industry recognized credential accepted by the U.S. Department of Labor and acknowledged on the FLDOE's Industry Certification Funding List/CAPE.
