Please find the attached request, along with supporting documentation, from the City of Jay.  As stated in the request, the City currently has a well located on the northeast corner of the Jay High School parcel and is seeking additional property in this location to facilitate necessary upgrades to the current well facility.  I am in full support this request, as I see no future value of this area to the school district.
