A strikethrough copy of the 2017-2018 COC in which proposed revisions have been made for a final 2018-2019 COC. 

Revision formatting to remain consistent with previous revisions.  Underline and text in red for additions with deletions to be highlighted in yellow with the strikethrough stroke applied.

A list of proposed revisions has been included.
