| | | | | | | | | Title of Item: | Workforce Escarosa Addendum to MOU that was Board Approved on 7/6/2017 | | Description/Introduction: | Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding Between Workforce Escarosa, Inc. d/b/a CareerSource Escarosa and School District of Santa Rosa County that was board approved on July 6, 2017. This MOU is a new legislative requirement for districts receiving adult education grants requiring a collaborative partnership with their local CareerSource Board. This collaboration requires districts to share the CareerSource infrastructure costs. Our district has negotiated with CareerSource Escarosa to provide poverty simulations in lieu of paying an annual fee for infrastructure costs. | | Recommendation/Action Requested: | |
