Description/Introduction:

Two firms responded to our legal advertisement soliciting proposals for Architectural Services for Jay Elementary 6 Classroom Addition and Demolition of Building 4.  This project is over $2,000,000 and the Continuing Contract can not be utilized for this project.

A review committee comprised of Christy Baggett, Kelly Short, Rufus Phillips, Richard Laing and myself reviewed the qualification of the proposers and placed them in rank order as follows:

1.  DAG Architects

2.  Sam Marshall Architects
