Three firms responded to our legal advertisement soliciting proposals for Engineering Services for HVAC Services at Gulf Breeze High School.
The firms Schmidt Consulting Group and Dell Consulting LLC and Gulf Breeze Consulting were the responders to the solicitation.
The selection committee comprised of Danny Brothers, Richard Laing, Charlie Parker, Tim Tolbert and Joey Harrell reviewed the qualifications of the firms and placed them in rank order as follows:
1. Schmidt Consulting Group
2. Gulf Breeze Consulting
3. Dell Consulting LLC
If for some reason the Board does not come to terms with the #1 ranked firm, they will be excluded and negotiations will begin with the #2 ranked applicant and so on.
