| | | | | | | | | Title of Item: | High Water Initiative Student Recognition | | Description/Introduction: | Recognition of Gulf Breeze High School Academy of Multimedia Design students and teacher, Heather Renfroe, for artwork created for Santa Rosa County's Grants/Special Projects division for a local High Water Initiative. This was a collaborative project between Santa Rosa County and the career academy which provided a valuable educational and real world project for these design students. Their artwork will be displayed throughout Santa Rosa County on signage being placed in high profile public areas such as boat ramps, parks, buildings, etc. showing the high water mark associated with events such as Hurricane Ivan and the recent flood of April 2014. | | Recommendation/Action Requested: | Recognition |
