Description/Introduction: | Attached is the Food Allergy Guidelines for this upcoming year. It has already been school board approved, however we had to make some changes due to Twin Injector being discontinued. Below is the list of changes and the pages that were affected:
1. We created separate parent letter for elementary schools and middle/high
schools. This change was due to the difference in the functioning
of the school levels.
2. The name of the form on page 20 was changed from Allergy Action Plan
to Emergency Health Care Plan.
3. On page 21 and 22 - the term twin injector was changed to Auvi-Q and
the proper instructions were included.
All the changes were reviewed and agreed upon by Debbie Price and Angela Lay from the Health Department. |
