| Description/Introduction: | Instructional Leadership and Faculty Development Grant
This grant will provide training and tools for principals and district staff to deepen and refine their understanding of the complexity of teaching and help them support the improvement of the teaching process.
The proposal includes: consultants to provide quality training for principals and district staff, online training for all administrators to meet differentiated needs, and a validation/calibration tool with professionally scored video to predict individual improvement needs for all administrators. |
