| Description/Introduction: | Please review the CONTRACT SUMMARY and the ESTIMATE from the Pensacola Bay Center for the use of their facility for upcoming 2014 graduation ceremony for GBHS, NHS, and PHS. Please note that the ESTIMATE is high and Mr. Hinote spoke with the PBC representative, Michael Capps and was told that the invoice will probably be around $500.00 more than last year. Last year's payment to PBC was $16,903.44. The higher estimate was to include unforeseen expenses. |
